Camera or PID Detection
V-Ceptor CCTV towers or PID perimeter detectors detect movement and trigger an alert. On CCTV activation, the feed is transmitted live to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
ARC Verification
The NSI Gold accredited ARC receives the alert and verifies the activation. They assess the live feed and determine the appropriate response - then contact the on-site guard directly.
Guard Tasked to Respond
The ARC contacts the on-site guard by phone and directs them precisely to the activation point. On AJAX-integrated PID systems, push notifications can also be sent directly to the guard's device.
Documented Response
Every activation, ARC call, guard response, and patrol is automatically logged and timestamped. Incident reports are generated and sent to you and your insurer.
Reduce Guard Headcount
